+ -1 moreMr. Vasquez and his crew were very professional. Mr. Vasquez came and reviewed the project and supplied me with a written quote. Timing and payment schedules were agreed on, as well as answering any questions I had. The crew left the yard picked up and neat at the end of each day. I thought that the prep work was exceptional, which is important to how long the paint job lasts. When the schedule was extended due to weather, Mr Vasquez requested and I agreed to some weekend work. Communication during the project was excellent. I was very pleased with the results of this project and I highly recommend Mr. Vasquez and his crew.
Description of Work: Prepped and painted the the exterior of our 3,000 sq ft two story home including garage. My home is cedar shingle and had not been painted in ten years. Project included scraping and preparing of all surfaces, including sanding when needed. Some light trim and shingle repair and replacement work was completed. Mr. Vasquez used the highest quality Benjiman Moore solid stain on the main parts with semi paint for the trim, which was included in the price. Two coats were applied and the job was all brushed and not sprayed. Metal bulkhead and all entry door were also prepped and painted.
