Description of Work: 11/5/2013. 85 year old mother in law paid him $3.000 in advance for bathroom renovation to summer condo. mother in law got sick and asked wife & I to over see renovation .He gutted bathroom as quoted 12/ 2013, then he disappeared for a month. met up with him @ condo 2/2014 to see that nothing more had been done. He got very upset when I asked, where are the permits. he said pulling permits would drive up the cost of renovation. . mother in law confirmed to me , permit fees were included in $7.000 price .Took another month of calling him to get permit filed . met up with him again beginning of april 2014 to see that he had tyled whole floor, did a great job , but did not leave opening for bath tub be set in .He disappeared the rest of april. all of may. not returning calls .Gave him 3 weeks in june to complete bathroom. he showed up the last day of 3rd week. we FIRED him . would never recommend this guy to enyone. still trying to get back some money for mother in law.......
