They did a good job. They showed up when they are expected to show up. The technician knew what he is doing. They did a good work. Our house doesn't leak anymore.

It did not go well. After they were "finished" with their work, I continued to have leaks pop up sporadically in the middle of my floor. I called for the first few and it was like an act of congress getting them to come back to the house. I eventually just stopped calling and dealt with the leaks.

We talked with the salesman at the beginning of February. He was very knowledgeable about the system ,returned our phone calls and answered our questions. The two people doing the installation arrived on time, finished fairly quickly. Everything was neat when they left. We had anticipated there being quite a bit of dust, but there was none to speak of. We have not had much rain since the installation so have had no need for the pumps to operate. Because the ground has been frozen the discharge pipes are still above ground. They are due to be buried later in the spring. All in all we're very satisfied .

They are very thorough and very good in explaining what we need and what work needs to be done. They are extremely neat and clean. I do not know much about basement systems or humidifiers but they explained exactly what I needed. They came and evaluated what I needed. They work with my schedule which makes it nice.

My basement has had water infiltration issues ever since I bought the house. There were specific areas that would leak water with moderate to heavy rains, and with snow melt. My request for an estimate was fulfilled within a few days of my calling the company. David was very thorough with his inspection, looking at what I outlined as problems and going beyond that to what was not obvious to me. The workmen showed up on time and listened to my concerns as we walked through the house and yard, going over all the work to be done. They were very professional and courteous, showed genuine concern for my welfare during the work (it's a bit disruptive with this type of work) and did a thorough job of cleaning up after themselves. It has since rained quite a bit - over 3 inches in one day. I have seen no water infiltration, which I would expect with the work that was done. The work that was done seems to have fixed my water infiltration issues, and I am pleased.

Owner was very nice and very informative about the modular basement interior finishing system. However my concern was in fixing the basement leaks first which was their advertisement. This was not really addressed except when trying to sell me their products. If it didn't include their product I did not hear any other options about gutters, drainage, block sealing etc. so did not feel they were really looking at the basement issues just product sales. Also the mark up is incredible. When looking at same system (and similar) in other areas of the country cost could be much less. Options were offered to lessen cost but only if using marked down materials. Of course this also could have been because of labor and shipping costs but scope of work was for the project, no real detailed scope of work to include breakdown of materials and labor.

A salesman named Peter came and right off the bat he wass rude, he said they had never done work for me because they did not do the work I said had been done and even though I said they had done the work and the office had a record of that, he told me I was a lieer. I explained to him that I wanted the entire basement dug up and waterproofed and he said they don't do that so when I said that the website said they did hesaid I didn't know what I was talking about and they didn't do the, Then after telling me that they would not do the work he repeatedly demanded to see the work that I "claimed " had been done before, now why would I waste my time showing him the work when he already said they would not do what I wanted , and had called me a lier. I called the company to complain about him and got more run around and subsequently got a message from him saying I was confused but did acknowledge that I was not a lier as they had done work for me in 2005. Don't go there the company has changed since 2005.

It was ok. They are not able to come out for a couple weeks however. They were very professional. They lady on the phone was very nice.

We have not had any issues with water since. This includes 2 years of record rain. I would highly recommend their services. On another note a neighbor had them come to check her water issues. They were very honest and told her that she needed foundation work and they couldn't help her out.

TC Hafford installed a triple pump, and one has a battery backup in case the power goes out. They did a fantastic job. In fact, I recommended their service to my own father. I'm really, really happy with their work, and the pumps themselves are a great product.

Their Rep came to assess our wet basement and make a recommendation. He stated that our proglem could be solved using their interior method, adding that remedies from the outside are usually not satisfying over time. Using a laptop, he made a diagram of the basement and added everything that needed to be installed with its cost. We decided on the spot to hire T.C. Hafford to install a complete basement system. We received written confirmation of the work, the cost, and service dates for installation within a short time. There were also instructions for how to prepare our basement, move objects out of the work area, and a notation for us to give our electrician about the exact electrical requirements for this system. The scheduling wait for the workmen to come perform the service was about ten weeks. There were no problems or confusion about the scheduling and the workers arrived just when expected. They were efficient and right on task the whole time they were here, which was three days. They were quiet - no radios, etc. The tech explained what they did and what we should have our electrician do. We feel comfortable that this is a very good investment in our home and are satisfied that the guarantees are sufficient for the future. This was a rare experience with service providers in that everyone did what they said they would do, when they said they would, and right according to specs. We would not hesitate to recommend T.C. Hafford.

The basement was inspected and a proposal was submitted.

A salesman, Mike Morin, came and took time to assess my crawl space and the mold problem. He did a thorough job, took pictures to show me and answered all of my questions and concerns. (Other companies spent 5-10 minutes for the whole process) He recommended a Sani Dry dehumidifier and vent covers to close up the space and draw the moisture out. He explained other options but explained what would be the best for my situation and needs. He also gave me a few supplemental suggestions that I could do on my own. He was available as were other people in the company if I had any questions after this initial visit (i.e when to shut the dehumidifier off, etc). The team that came to do the work was professional and courteous. I was pleased with the installation of the dehumidifier. I was a little unhappy about the caulking on the outside vent covers (that were used to make the space air tight). Once I contacted the company, they came immediately to correct the problem. It looked super!! I would highly recommend this company!!

The basement has been dry for 5 years now. Very happy overall. I had the work performed in a very dry summer which explains the lower price. I also received quotes from another company. They lifted my oil tank and everything. Be sure to tag your fill during the process so you don't get a basement full of oil while it is disconnected.

Very well. All cracks were repaired with success.

They ended up digging a trench around the perimeter of the basement, to put in a pipe to channel the water to a sump pump. It works well, the pump comes on quite often, but they had to come back two times to fix their work. Also where they dug the trench and filled it back up with concrete is uneven and noticeable.
