From the beginning, Aaron was extremely professional and reliable: he answered all my emails/ phone calls; showed up when he said he would show up, was polite and respectful and punctual. He worked for 5 days here; and his craftsmanship was evident all week. He took pride in what he did and I absolutely love my wood floor. I did not shop around for a better price because I thought his estimate was reasonable and the fact that he did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it, was most important to me. This was a challenging job as the floor was quite uneven and settle in spots but i could not be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend him.

Mr. Montagna is prompt, professional, and thoroughly knowledgeable about floors and flooring. He arrived on the date chosen at the appointed time, said exactly what would be done and how long it would take for the complete job (three days), and then proceeded to do just what he said he would do. Interestingly, I was concerned about sanding dust, but he said there would be none, and indeed there was not. Excellent work. He is neat, quick, and professional. The floors all look splendid. I could not be more satisfied.

I was concerned that my newly installed baseboard heaters would be damaged.Aaron assured me that that would not happen.It did not. I have seven closets in which the wooden baseboards were not removed.None of those were damaged. The floors look as if they are brand spanking new. The entire process took four days.The attention to detail is outstanding. I could not be more pleased with the job done.So far everyone that I have used which I found on Angies List has hit a home run.

Aaron was clear, professional, punctual and provided accurate, written estimates within a weeks time. He is now working on getting samples and maintaining communications with me as I actively decide who will ultimately complete the work. I take the time to give him a positive review becuase he is one of 4 who actually came on time and got his estimates to me in a timely, professional manner. Non agressive sales techniques, listens, has good understanding of the flooring industry. I cannot yet attest to his craftsmanship.

The experience with Montagna Wood Flooring was very positive from estimate to finish. Aaron was very prompt at communicating with us at every step of the process.

I contacted this company to have an estimate done and within a few days Mr. Montagna came and did the estimate. Mr. Montagna was very curtious and reserved. He did not push anything on me with suggestions on what i should do. I told him what i wanted and he took measurements of all area's that i wanted work done. I did ask a few questions as to how long it would take to perform all work and asked how long it would take for an estimate and he said a few days. Sure enough a day or two later i got a reasonably good estimate, but do to unfortunate budget constrainsts and other stuff i did not have this company perform the work. However if i wanted to just have my hardwood floors done and sudden budget constrainsts were not a problem, i would have had this company perform the work.

Aaron was punctual, provided a detailed estimate, provided options, and finished the job on time. He was extremely easy to work with and he did exactly what he had agreed to and when he agreed to do it. Aaron was also flexible as we decided to remove a chimney that ran through the rooms he was working in while doing the renovation and he planned around this and was able to incorporate new flooring over the hole that was left when the chimney was removed. He was also incredibly neat and left the house cleaner than when he started which has not been our experience in the past when we have needed to have floors sanded. When we were trying to decide on which approach to take with the floors, he also came by a couple of times before we started the job to talk through some options. I would recommend anyone doing a wood floor installation or refinishing project contact aaron.

I spoke to Aaron and he came over to give me an estimate on refinishing my floors. My project took a little longer than I anticipated, but when I called him to schedule the work, he fit me in very quickly. The work I had done was the bedroom floor being refinished. He did an amazing job. The floor looks beautiful and there was no mess to clean up. I couldn't ask for a more professional job.

They were very pleasant to deal with and I'm very happy with the results of the work.
