Description of Work: Unfroze my pipes and installed new heat tape. He never arrived each day he was here until 12:00 even thou he said he would be there first thing in the morning. He was here for two afternoons and on the third day we had to call him to come back as the pipes froze again even with the new tape.

+ -1 moreOvercharged for parts that we were told was only 10 bucks but he charged 30 and then tried to charge for an extra hours labor. When he left and I checked the slip it showed 3 hrs labor when he was only there for two. Called him and made him come back to return the over charged amount and he copped to overcharging. Wonder how many people he's "accidentally" overcharged that just didn't check their slip
Description of Work: Showed up at five to take a look at leaking sink pipe. Went to get parts, came back and repaired same night and left at exactly seven.

Description of Work: I used Ralph's service to mow my yard during the summer and remove snow during the winter. He also fixed my furnace and cleaned when I needed it.

+ -1 moreRalph is very courteous and sensitive to the owners needs. His prices are very reasonable and at times negotiable. He works in a timely and professional manner. He has that Maine work ethic of good quality and pride, and usually gives a little more for your money. I highly recommend him for all your home projects.
Description of Work: I had Ralph replace to skirting on our manufactured home. I have also used him for various other projects on our home. Such as painting, roof repair and roof snow removal.

+ 5 moreHe bought the materials, brought them to the house one evening. Started the work the following morning. Completed it the following day. He came back on day three to finish the steps. Overall, he did an excellent job.
Description of Work: Built an 8x8 deck on the front of the house. It took him three days to complete and it was done in a timely manner. He cleaned up after himself and did an excellent job.
