I took my computer in because it wouldn't boot after some windows updates were installed. I didn't have anything to copy my files to otherwise I would have reloaded it myself. This was on Nov 2. I took it to R&B because they were the only ones open on the weekend. I told him what I had done and what I thought needed to be done and what files I needed saved. He told me it should be ready on Thursday the 7th. On Thursday, I went into the store and he told me that the operating system would have to be reloaded and asked me which files I wanted saved. I told him again and he said it would be ready Saturday, the 9th. I went there Saturday and got there at 1pm and they were closed, even though their hours were supposed to be open until 2pm. I went back the following Wednesday at 4:30pm and they were closed, even though they were supposed to be open until 5pm, with a sign saying they would be closed from the 14th to the 24th. I finally had my wife pick it up on the 26th. My problem is that I left messages that were never returned. He never answers his phone or returns calls. His work is good and what I would have done myself, but he's unresponsive and the store hours obviously aren't what are stated on the door. I had a need for my computer and went far longer than I wanted to without it.

Hello [removed member name] I am sorry about your dissatisfaction with our business. Our operating hours are from 10-5 and 9-2 on Saturdays . We currently support a lot of small business in the area and when they call we do lock up the doors and tender to their needs first and put a sign on the door stating that we are out on a service call and have done it this way for 13 years. As for being closed the week That has been posted on our website, Facebook and in 2 places in our shop (one on the payment counter and 1 on the entrance door) for a few weeks before you brought in your system for service. Again I am sorry you were not satisfied and this was not brought up at time of pickup where it could have possible handled with a gift certificate or some other compensation for your troubles.
