We can deliver your new home, free of charge, to any lot in the State of Maine. Our reputation is such that customers have purchased their first home from Pine View then return again and again to re-purchase other homes and have brought their children to Pine View to buy their homes too!

when you go to these guys you pay three times more for a used nasty mobile home. these guys have my mom paying 50% of her monthly payment, to go to rent the other half goes to paying down the amount owed. this has gone on too long, my mom should have had her home paid off five years ago but they continue to let my mom keep paying too much when they know what they did was wrong and wont fix it so here you go.
Description of Work: services preformed, were switching contracts after they are read. and will not fix it so they can get fat off of what they think is poor people that wont come after them.

Unfortunately I am not able to discuss your Mother’s account with you due to privacy issues. However, here is what it states on our contract (which all parties get a copy of). “The Terms of payment may be either in cash or by check and the execution of an acceptable time payment obligation. On the exercise of this option to purchase, if within the time and on the condition required, Optioner will credit a total of fifty percent (50%) of all rent previously paid to be applied towards the purchase price.” Many of our customers chose to continue renting on a monthly basis without every taking the option to purchase.
