+ -1 moreIn February of 2014, I hired Nason Realty as my realtor to sell my house in Waterville, Maine. They have done their job so far as I can tell, though I don't think there have been any showings yet (3 months later) and the house is still on the market. Although I did not think that the Waterville market is great at the moment, they seemed optimistic and priced the property a bit higher than I expected. Time will tell if they are good at what they do.
Description of Work: They are acting as my realtor in the sale of my house.

+ -1 moreWe listed the property right around Labor Day and the final papers were signed on October 29. This is an exceptionally quick turn for such a sale. With 4 showings we had 3 offers. We had spent considerable time renovating and updating this home to prepare it for market so it did make the realtor's job easier.
Description of Work: We used Nason realty in the sale of our home. The agent was very responsive and professional and we believe fairly represented us the seller and also worked well in helping the buyer agent get a fair deal. They were able to sell our property in a short time frame in a market where many properties have been on the market for a very long time. Both the agent and the office support staff did an excellent job and we would not hesitate in using this office again and have recommended them to our associates.
