The first date they came was 4/28. Came one day earlier without notification and finished 4/28/16. They left a middle strip not blended in and was higher than the other asphalt. Spoke with them, the brother came over and said they would reheat and re-roll, they wouldn't give a date, we called 3 more times, they said they would repair and fix it. 5/27/16, we came home from an errand and they were there. They were heating up the asphalt and rolling it. It now looks worse than before. There are dips and dirt mushed into the asphalt permanently along with marks from the roller. The owner, nor the foreman has never called (not even anyone from the company) to see if we were satisfied with the repair done 5/27/16. We paid cash for the work as requested.

We are very sorry that you feel this way, But as stated before Ma'am we are a very very busy company with a lot of clients a head of you. We have not ignored you the owner will get back to you when he gets back into town. Things like this do happen from time to time, as we are only human and make mistakes. Every time that you had called our office before, we made sure to tell you that we will get to you as soon as we can, that is the best we could give you and NOT leave you hanging. I understand your frustration, but its not like we didn't make an attempt to come and fix it. Like I said before, once the owner is back in town he will be back over to come take a look at it and make everything right. We are a very reputable company, we have been in business for almost 30 yrs and we have never left a customer un happy, so please if you could kindly understand and please bare with us we will get you all fixed up.
