+ -1 moreMike did an excellent job; I had a lot of both large and small projects and he did them all for me. The dining room renovation was outstanding. The wood floor there looks brand new, not 45 years old!
Description of Work: Drywall repair, interior painting, deck floor and railing repair and waterproofing, replaced partial door frame and threshold, installed trim on a double window and stained some windows and trim, Removed carpet, sanded and refinished wood floor underneath. Cleaned basement, secured a basement window to stop mice from entering, rehung a basement/bulkhead door and insulated it to prepare for winter. Pressure washed the garage, garage roof, deck and back of house and a small spot on the house roof where moss was growing. Fixed a rotted window and some brickmold on the garage and painted all the trim on the garage, sealed up cracks in the garage floor, painted wellhouse and primed and painted some water stains on the cieling in the house, cleaned gutters.

Description of Work: Drywall, repair and paint basement windows, install two new interior doors and assemble and install a barn door, removed bad insulation and installed new insulation in basement, helped rake the yard.

He communicated with me throughout the whole installation so I knew what he was doing and allowed me to ask any questions. Mike was very kind and respectful of my home. The installation went smoothly and came out exactly as I was hoping. I've already hired him for additional home improvement jobs and he will now always be my go to!
Description of Work: Gable vent, attic fan install, vent pipes insulated.
