Job was scheduled well in advance. The estimate was fair and very competitive. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with Hendrickson's roofing. The crew was terrific. They pay attention to detail and do excellent quality work. I would use them again in a heartbeat. They also carry a best-in-class warranty. Keep in mind with any roofing job, the contractor can only give an approximate start date since weather can be an issue with schedule

Replaced all my roofs. |Were late getting started, but they worked hard while here and did an excellent job.

Very well in terms of quality and aesthetics. However, we were told the job would be done in early June and it didn't get done until late August. The owner explained in the end that it was due to circumstances beyond his control, i.e., weather and problems with other jobs. However, during the wait for the job to be done (us having no idea when it would happen), I just wish the owner had been more responsive to our multiple phone messages to him.

We had an appointment to meet to reveiw the scope so he could quote. However, he called to advise he was tied up at a job, and we re-scheduled. I'm glad that he called ahead (rather than just miss the date and apologize later), and that level of professionalism and respect for my time was appreciated. Hendrickson's pricing was right in line with a few other quotes. One quote was substantially higher. I called 2 of the references he provided where he had recently done some work. They all spoke very favorably and said they would definitely use him again if needed - these were jobs that were much more complicated than my simple roof. The job was scheduled for a single day. They showed up, did the work, cleaned up everything, and left. No issues.
