The provider started off by complaining about the filth of the bathroom. The young man she had working with her took it upon himself to walk through the house looking for a cleaner bathroom and complained as well. They advertise dust free. However they left doors to other rooms open spreading wood dust through out the house and did not enclose basement stairway with a tarp, which could have easily been done. This caused another day and money for the cleaning up of their preventable mess. They were supposed to be done by Friday the 22 of May so the cleaner could go in and finish up on the 23rd. However the floor was not finished until the 26th. Which caused another week delay to ready the home. Lastly, not that I can prove anything, but a brand new air conditioner that was in the garage came up missing as of the 22 of May. They did not close the outside door behind themselves. Very unprofessional.

OUTSTANDING. Not only were they able to accommodate my "two shots" need, but they did it all faster than I thought possible and at top quality. All I had to provide were empty rooms, 220V power, 110V, and two day's time at a whack. The price was right at the going rate AND included something no one else offered: near-dustless work. They have a vacuum system that sucks up the sawdust as it's created. As a result, I couldn't find any sawdust anywhere. Super!
