+ -1 moreThe current pad was level with the walkway and needed to be raised. It had been painted and the drainage was bad. Mike adjusted wooden columns and sloped the new pad so that there would be adequate drainage. This was a smaller, time consuming job but Mike was willing to do this and great to work with.
Description of Work: Stripped an existing concrete pad of paint and raised concrete pad by 2 inches and finished.
