"I hired this company to build an apartment over my garage. The time estimate was 4 months, but they disappeared for weeks at a time, and it took a full year for 650 sq ft. The contractor was only on-site three times (to collect his checks). The subs were excellent, but the boss had no knowledge or interest in building to code. Pipes were run along outside walls (NOT recommended), not insulated, and not heat-taped. When the pipes froze, I was directed to put a heat pump in my garage. For 4K more, I did and heated the garage to 60 degrees. The pipes still froze. I hired a plumber and another contractor who told me that NO ONE legitimate does work this way. I had to remove the drywall and add insulation and heat trace tape. The owner had NO INTEREST in rectifying a situation he created. As a professional and business owner, I advise you to look elsewhere. "
