The job went well and he showed up on time and was pretty accurate with price and he was real knowledgeable and had good ideas and solved a couple problems I had on the second floor. I have an old Victorian which I am having spray foamed soon so I had to have all the old knobs and tubes removed before they could insulate.

John arrived at the specified time(0900). He performed the work quicker than the two hour estimated time,and adjusted the charges accordingly. We had to purchase a spool of wire to complete the job and were quoted appx. $130.00,when John bought the wire the price of copper had gone down and the actual cost was $70.00. Instead of pocketing the extra $50 this man was honest enough to pass the savings on to us! We have several more projects in mind and would not think of calling anyone else!!

He works independently. I can rely on him to make a good choice for an electrical fixture(s) and install them quickly. I was looking for under the cabinet lighting for our kitchen. He turned me away from the fixtures I had chosen because they would collect grease and be difficult to clean. We needed to remove an old medicine cabinet from our under the stair way toilet area. He did a great job chosing a very nice fixture. John has also updated the electrical wiring in our attic and cellar. Recently, he repaired 2 lights that were not working and replaced one with my preference for a directional overhead light. John returns call quickly and keeps our best interest in mind. I don't know about the rate, I wouldn't use any one else. John is careful about our indoor cats too!
