Sunrise Pool & Spa

Sunrise installed our pool and installation went perfectly fine. We used the pool during the summer and even paid them to close the pool once winter season was near. In March of this year, I realized that the place where the filter goes in had 'crumpled' down and had seriously been broken sometime during the winter. I immediately reported to Sunrise, as they warranty their product for a few years, and requested that they come out and take a look at it. They came out promptly, but have done nothing else to fix my pool since then. They have stalled in honoring their warranty, and the only form of communication since then has been via letter from them. At this point, I am very unsatisfied with how they have handled this situation and have not honored their warranty. They just want more money, and will not do more work until they receive it.
