 + -1 moreIt went well. His idea of mounting a slab of concrete under the substructure of the steps satisfied me that it would work. The resulting slab should support the porch steps for the next eighty-five years, doubling the current age of the porch. The contractor was very knowledgeable with this type of repair work, explaining to me what he wanted to do and how he would do it. It was a bit more costly than I expected, but one does pay for knowledge and expertise.
Description of Work: The substructure of a brick porch needed repair and reinforcement.

 + 1 moreWe were extremely pleased with Gordon,Rob and crew. They "fit us in"so we could get the job done within 2 weeks. Excellent workmanship and creativity on the part of bringing together field stone and patio to look like it was intended that way.Definately would recommend them to our neighbors.
