Welcome to "A Little Renovations". My name is Kevin Little. I'm the sole owner, and operator of A "Little" Renovations. I offer home improvements for residential clients, as a licensed and insured contractor. I specialize in bathroom, kitchen and basement remodels. I do all of the work myself from all types of flooring (Tile, laminate, hardwood), plumbing, electrical, decks, paint etc. I do it all! Based in Topsham Maine, I provide great customer service, quality work and I am extremely competitive on pricing. He was very friendly and helpful in determining if our home service was affected by a tree limb hitting our line coming into the house. Reasonable as well. I would hire him again for sure.

Kevin was very easy to deal with even though I was a state away the whole time. He worked well with my son who lives in the house that needed repair and offered good advise on some future potential work.
