We looked on Angie?s list for a repair with the impending snow for a garage roof leak on Monday. Brandy immediately reached out by voice mail to offer services and expeditiously responded to confirm appt. for Wednesday between 1-2pm. She contacted me @ 10:45am, said Jerry, the tech, was ahead of schedule and wanted to come early and an hour out. It was perfect timing, he arrived, assessed and repaired in less than an hour for a very reasonable price. We were extremely pleased with the customer service, attentiveness, continued contact and affordability of the repair. Also led to assessing for other requested services where he took measurement and will be sending quote for future work. First time experience and the company as a whole from Brandy inside services to Jerry the tech, definitely 5 Star service and highly recommended !!!!

In September, Jerry arrived on time for the inspection and provided us with a written estimate the following day as promised. Jerry and his crew hopefully repaired the leak (we won't know until the following March because the roof only leaked when ice dams thawed). Jerry sufficiently explained the work he performed and answered all of our questions. He and his crew were polite and professional and left the work area as clean and neat as they found it.

Extremely smart and good guys who traced and fixed two leaks that have been driving me nuts for years. You can't beat these leak geniuses. They are really good.

First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude to Jerry and his team of roofers. Recently, our house was struck by a massive Maine Pine Tree. After reaching out to approximately 20 individuals for quotes and tarping services, we received three promises to come by, but unfortunately, none of them followed through. However, Jerry assured me that he would personally attend to tarping the roof and providing a quote. True to his word, Jerry showed up promptly, assessed the situation, and provided both the quote and the tarping services. The quality of work delivered by his team was exceptional, and I cannot thank them enough.

With rain and wind on the way; I was very concerned about the roof's missing shingles. I had hired Leak Seekers and they arrived at the day and time as planned and replaced the shingles. Great experience. I had roof damage from a windstorm in the middle of the night. The next morning I called Leak Seekers and 24 hours later they were on the job. Looks like the damage never happened!

We needed to repair a leak around the chimney flashing and a window frame.... Customer service was good. Leak Seekers made appropriate customer contact, was good about scheduling reasonably fast after the two big rainstorms Southern Maine experienced in late December and early January when all contractors were out straight responding to repair requests due to storm damage. All work is covered by a one year guarantee and pricing was reasonable. Good people !

Leak Seekers contacted me shortly after I sent the Home Advisor form. The next day they sent a representative (Jerry) to do an estimate. Instead of an estimate he actually fixed the flashing and roof around the manufactured chimney. I took less than an hour and for a very reasonable price. We're now all set for the next storm.
