Dear Maine Airbnb/Vrbo Rental Owners, My name is Jacob Rush, Me and my brother Caleb are professional handymen with experience in property maintenance and repair services. We are writing to offer our services to you as a monthly on-site handyman for your rental property. As experienced handymen, We understand that it can be challenging to manage and maintain your rental property, especially if you are not always available to attend to the property's needs. That's why we would like to offer out services to make sure everything on site is in order as well as fix any small repairs on site and offer reduced rates and subcontracting for larger jobs. Our monthly walk-through service includes a thorough inspection of the property to ensure that everything is functioning correctly and is in good condition. During the inspection, We will check for any potential issues that may arise and provide a report highlighting the necessary repairs or maintenance needed. In addition, We will also perform any small repairs that require an hour or less of work immediately, ensuring that your rental property is always in top condition for your guests.
