I called Eric on Sunday about 4pm. He was recommended by someone on a Facebook page for the town our property is in. I left him a voice mail and with in 5 minutes he called me back. He quickly got on an image of our property online and gave me a general idea of how much it would cost. I had talked to a national chain for tick control and they had quoted me over $600 for the season for the area I wanted done. Eric said he would go out on Wednesday to do the actual measurements and treatment. I had just mentioned I was hoping to get up there this weekend and was really worried about the amount of ticks we have. There is only property and no house yet so there is animals everywhere. He said if he could make it out earlier he would. He was so nice on the phone. He texted me the next day! Just over 24 hours from the first call and said he would do the treatment then. WOW! He even had outlined an area I didnâ t even think I would need done but it made sense. Even with that Extra space that I didnâ t think of, he was still much cheaper than the national chain. I could not be happier with how nice he was, how super fast he did the job, and he still answered my questions when I texted him late at night. I paid for a full season, there was no reason to shop around or call anymore places. Donâ t waste your time with other places. Just call Eric. You will not be disappointed!!

Last year we had a really bad tick problem on our property. Eventually my two year old son ended up getting pre-Lyme's disease and it was a nightmare (he's okay now!). We did not want that to happen ever again, so we contacted Precision Pest Control. Eric came out to our house and explained exactly what he thought we should do, gave us options, and informed me every step of the way what exactly he was doing and why. Very courteous, very professional, easily a 5 star business.

He was very professional, polite, cautious on what he did, questioned on what the customer wanted, very punctual, prepared, with good manners, cautious with the animals, and great service all the time.

The quick take: owner Eric Lane is knowledgeable, responsive and ethical and gets a 5 star review. He is my first and only call for any future needs. My experience: upon discovering evidence of insect activity ( wood bits and dust in cobwebs below the sill on interior basement wall ), I imagined the worst and was anxious to arrange an inspection. My first call happened to be to a national chain and I ended speaking with an ‘expert’ in Phoenix who wanted me to select a program costing between $149 to $330 per application. No offer of an inspection or assessment of the problem. Failing to uncover any local contact info for several other national chains, I finally thought to post a request on Anji- Eric called almost immediately and arranged an inspection the same day. BIG PLUS: responsive, local small business! Results? Eric identified the invaders as pavement ants ( a nuisance but certainly not destructive like carpenter ants ) and suggested How to solve the problem on my own with product available at any hardware. BIG PLUS: trustworthy and honest assessment. Did not use the situation to upsell unneeded service. Hire this company with confidence.
