Dave cleaned my breezeway roof and entire two story cape with garage. Lichen built up on the roof and I was concerned it might be damaged, when he finished the roof looked like new (he inspected it for damage - there was none!) and dirt buildup on house was gone! Not to be overlooked, he is a very nice guy and very professional. Highly recommend!
