Electrician was prompt and did a very professional job. I had several light fixtures that needed to be replaced and they did a very good job. He also installed a dimmer switch and added a light switch in my breezeway and garage. I was very impressed by the electrician's expertise. I will definitely have them back since I have several other lights that need to be replaced.

They're extremely professional, tell you the truth about problems they find, and do the work right the first time. No games. We've rated 'Price' with a 'B' only in the interest of full disclosure, but in no way to indicate overpricing or dissatisfaction. You can certainly find an electrician with a lower rate. Napolitano is at the upper end of the cost spectrum, but not because they are gouging customers. They're a prime example of, "You get what you pay for." They always show up for us if we need them.

What he found when he removed the oldkitched ceiling light fiture was a big wad of wires taped togther with electrical tape, and not capped off. Come to find out, these wires were live. What a mess. He had to sort out the mess, cap them off, and then hook up the new fixture. But he never got upset or lost his composure. He was great. And what a change the new fixture makes.
