+ -1 moreAll went well. The plumber showed up when promised and completed all the tasks that had originally been planned and the plugged shower. Originally called for a slightly leaking toilet but asked if they could also replace the faucets in two bathroom sinks and in the kitchen.
Description of Work: Replaced all faucets, unlplugged shower which coincidentally had plugged the morning they were to to arrive, fixed toilet leak and replaced innards of toilet tank.

+ -1 moreTiming was very good considering it was a last minute problem. Brought in the snake which normally would have and should have taken care of problem. Learned from follow up plumber that found the real problem and cured it. SP plumbing very prompt and courteous, probably just didn't go far enough to cure the issue. Thought price was high as well. I will still use them , just know the system better.
Description of Work: He brought in the electric snake which was very heavy and we carefully took it downstairs to the outlet pipes. He snaked it out probably only 20 feet and came to a hard blocked area. It appeared he cleared the soft blockage but could go no further. What I didn't know (and he didn't either) was that there was a house drain (a large trap ) that he ran into that was still blocked. It took another plumber with camera to discover and properly clear the pipe
