Flawless from beginning to end. Rocky was right up front with preferred equipment and pricing. He arrived on time and worked through the project very professionally. Rocky and his son Gerry took special care to make sure the new gas furnace was operating at peak efficiency. Their work was neat and clean and I was very pleased with their service and expertise. Perhaps most importantly, they were very nice people and always respectful of our property.

Had a furnace that had to be replaced due to immediate safety issues. Dispite that it was in January, we had no problems contacting Rocky and getting an estimate. The price was good, the customer service experience we had was excellent with everyone involved in the company. So we hired them to remove the old furnace, then install the new one. This is by far a company we would recommend to anyone for service at any time. Dependable, honest, trustworthy, and thorough in their work! No mess at all from the removal of old furnace and install of new one. Did everything as they said they would, from being on time to being professional, trustworthy and dependable. Would not even consider anyone else for the job after working with them. It is good to know that their are companies like this one still around!! UPDATE Sept 2013 - Had Rocky Genovese come and service the furnace with its cleaning and maintenance. Again always polite, pleasant, professional and a pleasure to do business with. Would highly recommend anyone who needs a furnace cleaned or maintained in any way to contact this company. Great people. Would not think of having someone else come do the work, since they are always dependable, on time, respectful. Nothing but top notch in our book.

Rocky and his team were referred to us by one of my co-workers. They did and outstanding job for her installing the same equipment. I am SO glad we had her recommendation because Rocky's team could not have done a more outstanding job. They were always here when they said they would be, we were NEVER without hot water, the installation is flawless, they were immaculate, always covering the floor with tarps and protecting EVERYTHING from the messy work of removing the tank and the old furnace and the soldering and connecting of hundreds of feet of tubing and copper pipe to install the new zone and new heaters (kick space, wall). Just a completely superlative job from start to finish, very patient with his team. A family operation that delivers that old time hard to find item anymore SERVICE and with a smile and great attitude. We've been so fortunate here in Maine to find great contractors. They are tough to find anywhere but here it seems we've been very lucky so far compared to Florida where we ended up suing three out of ten we used. We are very discriminating in our selection, my wife is an interior designer and I'm a senior manager software engineering, we're not EASY to please. Rocky can be trusted to do what he says he will do.
