Dan Ouellette, the business owner, arrived promptly at 1:00 as scheduled. He was clearly skilled and was able to quickly fix the problem, which was great. I also appreciated that he was warm, friendly, polite - in other words, he knows how to provide awesome customer service. Thanks Dan! And the price was very good too. I will definitely keep Hannan's number in my phone.

I purchased a new motion sensor light as they recommended to be installed next to the driveway. When the electrician arrived he said that he had a better motion sensor device for an additional $69 which I agreed to let him install. Despite numerous adjustments, the light does not come on when I drive my car past it and only comes on if you stand in one specific spot and wave your arms. Just recently it started to come about every 15 minutes as soon as it get dark despite that fact that there is no movement at all! I have not called them about it because I don't want to get billed for another service call.

Two men showed up at agreed upon time. They were polite, personable and professional. They went about the work efficiently and completed the work ahead of schedule. The installation looms good and both fixtures work properly.

My experience was very good. It was done over a period of time as it was an ongoing project. He is excellent. He knows what he is doing. He discussed different options on what should be done and what could be done and how it could be done different ways. He gave options. It is good quality.

We had gotten a quote from another company many years ago and the quote was really high so we did not get these fixed. We found Hannan's Electric on Angie's List with glowing reviews. We asked them to give us a quote. Within a few days, someone came and gave us a quote of about $250. He explained everything they would be doing. He also explained what might cause the price to increase. These included things that are out of their control. Things they may not see until they get into the work. Totally understandable. Then a short time after that, we had the work completed. We are very happy with the quality of work. Not only that but the work was easier than they expected and the company charged us only $135 minus an Angie's List discount. This was an excellent experience. We would highly recommend.

Dan arrived on time. We went through what I wanted to have done and he said he would get an estimate to me soon. It took a week to get the estimate and it didn't include everything we had discussed. The quoted price was fair, but as I said, incomplete. I replied by email and called the office, leaving a voice mail, to insure it had been received and understood. The young lady emailed me back saying she would get the information to the electrician and he get back in touch with me. Two or three days later I called again and left another voice mail asking for a call back. I have not heard from them at all. A corrected, complete estimate has not been received. I am disappointed.

Showed up right on time. The work was clean and complete. They were fast and knew just what to do. They charged me $125. My other electrician quoted me 350 for the same job. Outstanding.

In the end, I think they did a fine job of wiring our new shed. It was just the process that was less than professional. Initial work was delayed a week which was not a big deal. However, when they left the first day they did not let us know when they would be back. After about a week I started calling. Three phone calls over a week were not returned. It took some emailing to get them back. The shed job was finally completed but I cancelled the other projects originally scheduled due to lack of communication. I'm not sure about the job quality or safety because I don't think a permit was obtained. I never saw a town inspector. They did not follow up with my questions about this. Obtaining a permit was part of the job estimate. We did pay them only to get a bill in the mail after they already deposited our money. I would happily have given them a higher rating if they had communicated with me. I choose them because of the high Angie's List rating. I hope my experience helps others make an informed choice.

Hannan's was good to work with. They came right out and gave me an estimate. They were great at being flexible when I needed to change my appointment. Most importantly, they did good work, and did it pretty quickly, as a fair price. I would work with them again.

The absolute best! Friendly, smart, super efficient and fast. We were stressed about a list of about 6 items from an inspection that we needed to fix before moving. I was afraid I was looking at $500.00 of work. He was in an out in an hour!

I could not be happier! I must have called half a dozen electricians that couldn't schedule me any sooner than a month out. I called Hannan's and was pleasantly surprised to be offered 2 dates in the following week that they could come. The gentleman that showed up actually arrived a half hour early and went right to work. I was very impressed with his professionalism, politeness and friendliness. I highly recommend Hannan's. He did a good job. He was punctual and timely. He was responsive and he showed up early. He was very professional I would use him again if I needed.

I contacted Hannan's over a weekend when an electrical outlet stop working in my living room and tripped the circuit breaker. Marie kept me very informed as to the status of getting someone to my house. I was expecting company for my daughter's wedding and needless to say I was a bit distraught. I could not say enough great things about this company. They were very responsive, prompt, professional and competent. Their bill for the services was more than fair. I would not go anywhere else for an electrician.

Dan showed up promptly for a review of the work. Very pleasant man to work with... very accommodating. They provided a detailed estimate with each item's cost broken out. The electrician that came to do the work was Josh and he was excellent. Very professional, courteous and efficient with the work. They finished early and the final price was LESS than the estimate since some of the work required less than they anticipated. (The work included some wiring in the attic and it was easier than they thought it would be - since they couldn't see into the attic prior to doing the work.)

This was the 2nd job Hannan's did for us. We were so impressed - starting with the estimate right down to the clean-up when the job was completed. Everything was done exactly as they promised and they do a super clean-up job after. I would highly recommend them and we will definitely hire them again.

Wonderful.I could not think of a thing to improve this experience. Dan and Lisa are very personable and patient, explained everything clearly, did everything they said they would, and everything was done to perfection and on time. If all of that isn't enough, I got a 10% discount because I found Hannan's through Angie's list, AND Dan rescued a small toad from my driveway during the site inspection. Are these people perfect, or what!
