Their quote was higher than the other one I received from another company. They sent a sales person to give the quote. The person who came was reasonable, professional and good. However, I decided to go with another company.

We had a leak on our roof. Our first appointment was rescheduled once, then again for a Saturday, but they never showed up. We scheduled again and they rescheduled that appointment again twice before finally they showed up. After evaluating our roof, I was told the cost would be $649 for a permanent fix. I said OK, go ahead. Before they started work the roofer came back and said that it was $949 not $649... A little fishy, if you ask me. So we went with a cheaper, not permanent fix and will not use this company for the more permanent fix.

Description of Work: It was to be an estimate on gutter repair/replacement and roof repair. They scheduled a time to do the estimate but the day before they called to say that they would not be able to do the work because we are a commercial entity (we're a 9 unit condo association).

The price was good. The owner, Dave, came out first, which was good. The communication was also good. There were some issues with the door, but they always told us what was going on. We are happy with the work. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.
Description of Work: They fixed some siding on our house. They also installed a new front door for us.

He had a team come out and it took only a day or two to get it done. Arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves.
Description of Work: I had a leak in my sunroom and it had been added on after the house was built, and it also collected ice on that part of the roof. He suggested put a metal roof over the addition to keep the rain. He also reroofed the rest of the house.
