The main problem over at Curtainshop, seems to be a lack of customer service training. Several times I have called and made arrangements, only to have multiple calls from other staff about the same issue. I have felt harassed and hounded after several instances of receiving multiple calls per day until I responded to their questions-- questions that would have been answered if the staff actually communicated among themselves. I have asked repeatedly that multiple calls were not made about an issue until I've had a chance (and 24 hours) to respond. They have lost a lot of potential business from me as a result of their lack of professionalism.
