Cell Phone CPR rescued the unbacked up photos from my Consumer Cellular Motorola Moto E2 in soft brick (functioning but somehow locked off from me entirely) and got the phone working. I’d been two months without use of my phone, hoping against hope that there was a way to save the photos although the cell provider indicated, after three support phone calls, that they could not help me in this area. Cell Phone CPR also figured out the problem’s origin: it was caused by a faulty automatic update from the manufacturer. Thank you to Will Chabot (tech) and Gus Ianosi (manager) for friendly, professional “go the extra mile” service and creative problem solving! I thought the price was modest considering the work that Will had to do to solve the problem. I wish that I’d discovered them sooner.
Description of Work: My cell phone had become locked from me – I couldn’t access it at all, even though it was clearly functioning – periodically I’d receive messages stating that the apps were being updated. I had photos on it that I hadn’t backed up at all and I very much didn’t want to lose those photos.
