The sales Representative R.J. was great! He was professional, courteous, patient and knowledgeable and not only that he was punctual. Once the pleasurable process of presenting the high quality materials to be used was put into motion, everything went as smooth as advertised. The job was performed by a top-notch crew who were a joy to have at my home.at the office my contact person, Michelle, was great as well. The job foremen that were on-site made sure all my concerns were addressed and that the materials were always available.

From the start service was great, Chad spent a Saturday afternoon with us explaining the process, job, materials, etc. Very knowledgeable and helpful. From there, Michele was our contact and was very helpful, too. We had a problem with one of the skylight replacements and when the right size could not be found they reimbursed us for that part of the job, but will continue to try find the replacement. Highly recommend this company for any of their services

The gutter installation done by Clear Choice was outstanding in every aspect! The crew that came out was professional and courteous throughout their time at our home! The quality of the workmanship was outstanding in every way! We had some difficult parts to the install, but they came up with great solutions and then implemented those solutions! These guys really are a â dream teamâ when it comes to having work done at your home! I would rehire them any time! I recommend them to anyone without reservation!

The office was very helpful when the crew would arrive and worked with our schedule. Michelle let me know what to expect throughout the process. Juan and his crew are very hard workers. They are very on task and strive to get the job done efficiently and correctly. They are wonderful people we would hire again. They only took a lunch break and that was all. Even that was a short break.

From the quote process to the installation, this was a great experience. The product specialist spent time to explain the product choices so that I felt educated about what I was choosing for a new roof. I was amazed at how fast I went from accepting the quote to seeing a new roof on my house. Removal of old shingles to installation of a new roof all in one day and no mess left behind! I've already recommended this company to a friend.

I usually do not do reviews but in this case I felt I really should. My house was destroyed by burst pipes in 2017 and I am still trying to rebuild it. Along the way I found that having many contractors and repairs going at one time can be really frustrating. They tell you it will be done in a week and it takes a month. They tromp through you house without regard. Things get broken. Stolen. They leave a complete mess. It can be a nightmare. I recently decided to purchase windows from Clear Choice Home Improvements and was told the windows would not be in till early spring (April-May). That was fine with me but surprisingly I received a call last week that the windows were in and could be installed. I could not believe something was going to be done early. Then they showed up exactly when they said they would. Two young men. They treated my home with such respect. Cleaning their boots before they entered my home, laying down plastic, being careful not to make a mess or damage anything. They were professional, respectful and courteous. They answered all my questions. They cleaned up when everything was done. Aaron even got on his hands and knees and wiped down my floors and stairs to make sure there were no footprints. They installed 7 new windows in record time and stacked them neatly outside so my friend could pick up the old ones. These young men are excellent example of what a company should have working for them. I would recommend and will be recommending Clear Choice Home Improvements to all my family and friends. This was my very first home project and Clear Choice Home Improvements was phenomenal. They provided the expertise in both sharing all the potential remodels types we could choose from and then provided the needed professional expertise to do the tough remodel. The contracting team worked with me on the projects I was doing and they took the time to share with me techniques to use. End result was an outstanding team effort that I invested my time in and the contracting team invested their time in and we accomplished the mission together. The entire team worked with me very patiently with my work schedule and were very accommodating. They even showed up on Saturdays for me in the snow. Very professional - and the entire Clear Choice Home Improvement Team worked with us on price and time and commitment and they made the difference. My wife and I are very happy. Well done Clear Choice!

Signed a contract on December 4 for a new roof and the job was completed on January 10, which I thought was pretty good considering the NE weather.

Professional company. It is expensive, but we had the upstairs windows done only, and we notice a HUGE difference between the temp upstairs with the new windows and downstairs with the old ones. So much so that on a below zero night my daughter asked us to turn the heat down because she was too hot in her room, and we were cold downstairs. Highly recommended!

We would highly recommended Clear Choice for a metal roof project. We had started this job with another company, once the project had started that company tried to charge us $7000.00 more. We fired that group, and found Clear Choice. What a difference! They have a great product and their installation crew was quick, neat and professional. When a problem popped up, they quickly addressed it, and made sure we were happy. Overall Clear Choice was very easy to work with, clear about the cost (no surprises), good product, and a great staff.

I had water coming in to my basement due to no gutters. Clear Choice came right out to look at the problem and quickly came out to install seamless gutters and fixed the issue. I was impressed with their workmanship, I would hire them again!
