Overall very good. However, two elements of the experience with this company were a bit disturbing: after initial assessment, mutual agreement to go forward, and down payment, communication lines for setting the dates were intermittent at best and multiple phone calls were required on our part. When the date was finally agreed upon, they were spot on, prompt and efficient. After completion of the work, at the time of a final walk around, a check was requested for final payment. This was many thousands of dollars. The amount was not in question. We had prepared, had money in the bank to cover it, and my wife wrote a large check. No receipt appeared to be forthcoming and she then requested it. The sheet of paper on which the original contract was written was used by the onsite job foreman who simply flipped the sheet over to the blank reverse side and hand scrawled a brief note, illegibly signed. Not the receipt you normally get when you hand over enough money to buy a new SUV. All of that said, the individuals involved were otherwise quite professional in their interactions with us and the work was exceedingly well done in a very short time, so we WOULD use them again.

We hired these folks to remove our 30 year old leaking gutters and replace with seamless maintenance-free gutters. Went with a SnapLock gutter system with LeafLock covers. Super happy with everything! Sales, project management, and follow up customer service have been fantastic! Price was more than we wanted to spend, but got 12 month interest free financing and everything is guaranteed for the life of the house. Finally have nice looking, worry free gutters!

You get what you pay for, these gutters are amazing. It was installed about 4 weeks ago and what a huge difference. No more water freezing on our driveway and front porch, no more splatter all other hours and garage doors. The installers were professional, they arrived timely and finished timely. The installers were knowledgeable about the product and process. We are so happy we decided to do this and go with Clear Choice and there product.

Before my project was started Michelle explained everything to me in detail so that I knew exactly what to expect. She was there to handle any questions or issues that I had. The workers knew exactly what they were doing and did a great job. They arrived around 7 am every morning and worked until dark. They were beyond diligent. We never saw them leave, even for lunch. I will be recommending them to friends and family.

From the technical explanation by the salesman through the installation, I was educated, kept informed of the date the work would be performed, and the delighted recipient of a job expertly completed. All steps of the process were precise, professional, and executed in a positive manner. The installer was an experienced Clear Choice employee! He was personable and kept me informed of the status of the project as the work progressed. My new color matched gutter covers are guaranteed and beautiful! I m a very happy customer indeed!!!

Snow postpones scheduled day. The very next day the roofers were here on time and had stripped and replaced shingles, new intake and exhaust vents, ice and water barriers and synthetic underlayment in under 7 hours in freezing cold. When they left the area was clean, this was the best group of roofers I have ever dealt with.

Great to deal with. Work was done in professional manner

Very professional. Before installation there was verbal communication on what to expect, how to prepare, move furniture, take down curtains. If I was not able to move furniture they would move it. Installers were professional, went over everything with me before they started. They worked efficiently, great clean up.

Installation workers were friendly and cooperative and did a quality installation and cleanup. No issues!

Very clean, worked late to finish in a timely fashion.
