hardwood floor
 + -1 moreHe promised to finish but after a month of excuses we came to a partial refund amount which was never paid. I have since taken him to court and have been awarded the full amount of the refund and he still refuses to pay.
Description of Work: Hired to refinish my hard wood floors. Lousy job sanding, dirt in finish , never finished final coat, asked for more money and had a bad attitude.
