Excellent architectural design. Very creative and professional

He was reasonably priced, he designed what I asked for. We walked around the house to come up with a design. After the deck project was finished we checked the project to make sure it was what we wanted. After that he designed a detached garage /greenhouse he also designed a carport, but we went with the garage.

The project did not happen for the commercial space but he did the preliminary architectural design. He was wonderful to work with. He did finish the rehab from start to finish which was the first project we hired him for.

I had worked with Chris on a large project before asking him to help us design our retirement home. We had some basic ideas of what we wanted and he was able take those ideas and translate them into the home in which we now live. It was important for us to have a home that would allow us to age in place and he more than met our expectations.
