This was the fifth appliance I have gotten from them. I like the reliability of the appliances that we have gotten from them. They recommended a brand of freezer that I didn't know because they found it was the most reliable.

We were not pleased with them. They didn't install it. My contractor had to install a refrigerator, which took an entire day of his time. The refrigerator and the freezer were two separate parts. It took three months to get the freezer parts. It didn't work, and they send up their repairmen. They not only didn't install it, but they didn't even have the part of it. It was not a good experience with them. Somebody scooped one of the pieces, so that's why we had to wait. It took them three tries to fix it. They stayed with us to install it. We should have known better, but installing the refrigerator was very complex thing.
