Plumbers were late I called apparent mix up in client schedule. Upon arrival two men used a motorized snake on sewer line in the basement but didn't find a problem, then used snake from sewer line exit to the road. Said they think there may be a problem 45' away from house and they wished me luck with sewer district. When I received bill I noticed charge for rental of the snake for $85. I called the office and asked why the rental fee. They said it is their snake but they charge a rental fee per use. Seemed odd to me but I learned my lesson that even with good Angie's list reviews always shop around for best prices, or just go to a rental outfit and rent a snake and do it yourself!

He arrived on time, went & got the parts he needed, showed me what was wrong. Fixed it cleaned up. He was friendly &professional

Owner of company was a big time cheat. Had me paying for himself and another plumber when only one person was on the job. I just thought the whole experience with this guy was pretty sleazy. Would never hire them or have not hired them since. Guy even called me an a__hole behind my back when he found out that he wasn't getting a bigger job at that site.

They've provided a variety of plumbing services for us. All their guys are pleasant and totally professional. We wouldn't call anyone else!

Paul's is reliable, dependable and punctual and I value the Company's no b******* approach to repairs and improvements. If there are multiple ways to solve or correct a problem, service personnel, who are impeccably friendly, conversant and knowledgeable, will explain the options and costs allowing the consumer to make an informed decision. They never sell you a costly bill of goods. I appreciate all the services they've provided me over the past two decades. The Company has earned and deserves my highest recommendation.

We were in contact with this company for approximately 5 months for upcoming work on a kitchen additional and remodel. They were contacted to give an estimate and do the work for plumbing and heating. The initial worker came out and looked at the scope of the work in Nov. 2012. We never heard back form them for the estimate. After several calls from me and a couple months they sent someone else out to look again at the project. At this visit the second worker rejected the proposals of the first worker and said he would need to bring out another specialist to look at the heating aspect of the job. Again, many weeks followed without communication from them before I finally contacted them again for an estimate and follow up on the specialist's visit. No specialist ever came out to look at the heating system and the estimate finally arrived and was reasonable so we decided to proceed with them on the plumbing part of the job. A plumbing permit was needed and the plumbing inspector said the plumber typically submitted that with the necessary info. I had to call and tell them that. Wen they finally did submit the permit application it was incomplete. That was the final straw for us. After five wasted months with this company we ddecided to proceed with another company, who promptly did the work.

The two plumbers who performed the work were accomplished and hardworking. All work and estimates were accurate timely and done according to my wishes. I will hire them again in a heartbeat and feel fortunate to have found a good plumber in my new hometown.

They are very good and I wouldn’t hesitate to refer them to anybody. He is reasonably priced, he explains what he’s doing, he’s prompt, and in an emergency, he’s there. They are good workers and they interact with people very well.
