Description of Work: They converted our house from oil to natural gas.Furnace, range. installed a line for a future gas dryer and installed a Tank less water heater.They were very professional and through with there work.Two days after they were done we had a power surge (not there fault) and damaged the furnace. They were notified and they came immediately to fix the damage. At no charge. They will routinely stop by when they are in the area, to see how we are doing. We are both retired and it is great to know you have a contractor who cares and is dependable. We highly recommend Knowles Mechanical to anyone that needs a good HVAC contractor.

Description of Work: Keith Knowles installed a whole house heat pump to provide air conditioning and heat. As part of the installation process, ductwork needed to be added in the attic along with an air handler and electrical connection. At all stages of the process, we were provided with excellent service.
