CONSTANZERS PAINTING & PAPER HANGING

Mr. Constanzer promptly provided a clearly written proposal/contract and began the work at our agreed upon time. His personal appearance was clearly professional. He arrived in a neat and orderly company van and rolled a drop cloth ahead of himself as he entered our home. The drop cloths were clean and were used to cover every part of the dining room floor as well as the pathway from that room to the outside. More protective cloths were used to protect the chandelier, china cabinet and dining room table. Careful preparation (sanding, filling, priming) was done prior to each task. The work was done efficiently and done well, with equipment well organized both in the work area and easily accessible in the van. There were no drips, splashes or drops of paint anywhere. Mr. Constanzer not only did a first class painting job, but was extremely sensitive to the wishes and needs of his customer. This became apparent when I decided to change the color of the freshly painted walls among other things!! The itemized bill for the painting clearly stated labor costs as well as a separate and detailed listing of materials used. Mr. Constanzer was nice to have around, quiet, polite, and wasn't bothered by the house pets. I can't imagine hiring anyone else to do the rest of the painting that we need to have done.
