Description of Work: Replaced load bearing ceiling beam with LVL pocket beam, replaced all room wiring, finish trim work, window casings, doors, closets, moulding; sheet rocked new ceiling, primed and painted walls and ceiling. Striped raised roof of cape, water sealed, installed architectural shingles and new facia trim flashing, chimney flashing. All went well. Worked with me on a daily basis to meet our needs.

Description of Work: Met with me at my home to provide estimates and suggestions for renovations. Asa Wagner, the owner, gave me over two hours of his time to look the project over, give suggestions and supply estimates. I would have been delighted to have used his firm, but sadly our schedules ended up being incompatible. I found Mr. Wagner to be thoughtful, cooperative, knowledgeable and most accommodating. Would definitely place his firm high on my list of quality providers of carefully crafted restoration projects in the future.
