Outstanding. The very personable and knowledgeable gentlemen, I believe his name was Eric, did a fantastic job. Quick, efficient and friendly. Nicely priced work - no sticker shock! Highly recommendable.

Serviceman arrived and within 10 minutes the problem was solved. However, I was shocked by the price of the service. $120.00 for 10 minutes work is outrageous. I realize there is a charge to walk in the door but charging me the equivalent of $720.00 an hour to clear a bar of soap is excessive.

Drain has worked perfectly since. They also gave some good advice about how to keep the pipes clear.

Service technician realized that his services were not needed and that a plumber would have to be called to solve the problem. He assessed the problem promptly. Honest and punctual. I would feel confident to use this company in the future if services needed.

They were great!

Called this provider, spoke with nice lady on the phone who stated she'd have her guy call. gave all pertinent info for the issue He never called. I called back a week later, got answering service. They said he'd call. He called. I explained what was up with our septic system, he stated he's swing by on Monday and take a look, then call me back to consult. Never heard from them again. Can't find any record that they called and I missed, or an email, nada. Disappointed.

I called a and quot;reputableand quot; plumbing company and was charged over $700.00 for them to tell me they couldn't help. I then got info from my city to call Value Rooter. They came over the same afternoon and cleared the plugged sewer drain and found that the pipe to the sidewalk was broken. We have tenants and needed to get this fixed. Brian the owner came 2 days later with his crew and got to work. I have a 8 foot tall Hydrenga bush that I really love it was in full bloom, but had to be cut down. Brian went above and beyond and cut the top off and pulled the root ball out and put it to the side. After a very long day of fixing pipes, Brian took the time to replant my bush. Now 2 days later my plant survived the shock and is ready to start over. Thank you Brian and Crew

I was truly impressed with Value Rooter. They showed up after hours, and were willing to work through the night in freezing temperatures. I told them to come back during the following day - when it was warmer and they could see better. I was very pleasantly surprised that the bill was only $600 of the amount of work they did, and that it wasn't a catastrophic disaster, but a single stray bathroom tile. I would absolutely use them again!

There prices were about half the price of our other estimates. They also showed up the same day. Value Rooter provides a really good value, at half the price, and you still get great service. I feel they're a really great company. I have been happy with their work on both occasions we have used them. I can't think of anything they did wrong. I sent them to the job site, and you never know what can happen when you send a stranger to the job site, and he handled everyone very well. He worked well with his client. They worked well with the people on site.
