They were on time, were cheerful and helpful, everything was great until I asked for the bill and was quoted what seemed like the tab for a major construction cleanup: $590 for loading & taking away the household stuff we had cleared out of our basement and shed and piled on the lawn. When he saw the incredulous look on my face, he quickly lowered it to $450, which I thought was still a lot for the amount of work involved, but I don't like being forced to dicker, so I wrote the check. I'd recommend them but you should agree on a firm amount before they start loading.
