basement waterproofing
+ -1 moreIt went extremely poorly. On the first treatment they cut my waterline and did nothing to help or repair it. They came back once after 3 years of calls, letters, etc. to re-treat. The basement now leaks more than it did before they came. I have filed complaints with the Attorney General and the BBB in Maine and NH (they do business there), and taken them to Small Claims Court. I am out $4,200 for waterproofing that never worked and to repair my water line. They talk a good line; their performance borders on scam.
Description of Work: Company came out to inject solution on outside perimeter to waterproof basement.
