Brian is really a pro and very concerned with customer satisfaction. He was on time, kept up with cleaning up as he worked. He has the professional ability of explaining as he works. Brian replied to my email quickly! And he was prompt in return communications. He came by to give an estimate within a day of contacting him, and was able to fit my flooring project in the same day! Huge relief for me as we had started as a DIY and ran into some snags, and I needed it done quickly as my son is due home soon on leave from the Marine Corps! I couldn’t be happier! He was efficient, meticulous, friendly, and made sure things were picked up when he finished! Very pleasant and helpful! Even let me know if we needed help putting baseboards back up to give him a call, AND did the measurements for me that I’d need for the baseboard around the walls. A++ service! Thank you Brian!!

Brian (owner) and his helper, Devin, did a beautiful job installing my wood plank vinyl flooring throughout my entire condo rental. They were both very professional, always on time, and picked up after the job. What made me choose Brian to install my flooring was the fact that he was rated with 5 stairs, and one review noted that he went above and beyond what was expected. I too experienced this. 1200 pounds of flooring was delivered to my home and I needed to get it to the condo where it was to be installed 4 miles away. Brian offered to load the flooring onto his truck and drove it to the condo. My experience with Brian and Devin are that they are people of their work, and customer satisfaction is their priority.

Brian has done a fantastic job tiling our bathroom. We have an 1880 New England farmhouse full of quirky issues. This was a complicated, difficult tile job and Brian had very creative solutions that would not have occurred to me. He takes pride in his work and it shows. I plan to hire him to tile our other two bathrooms and replace some flooring and stair treads. He has earned my trust (not easy to do after a bad experience with a previous contractor) and I highly recommend him.

I was very impressed with the quality, timeliness of completion of job and the professionalism. The cost was very, very, reasonable. I do plan on hiring him again. I have a few more floors to lay. highly recommended.

Brian from Tri NE flooring not only did absolutely beautiful new vinyl plank flooring throughout our entire cottage, but he also did amazing new tile in 2 bathrooms, tiled our kitchen and did floor to ceiling tile work on our new fireplace. The quality of his work was awesome, he had excellent communication before and during the project, including texting me photos of the progress as I was in a different state then where the work was being done. He also coordinated finding us a qualified and competent general contractor, who could handle all the other aspects of our large renovation that Brian did not do...plumbing, electrical work, painting, etc. I credit Brian for bringing the entire scope of our renovation project together and for giving us a home we can be incredibly proud of! All I can say is... HIRE THIS MAN!
