+ 0 moreMark was quick to respond to my call, prompt in arriving at the house, and thorough and knowledgeable in reviewing the property with my carpenter and asking the right questions. He contacted me when he said he would with a quote for interior and exterior, breaking down labor and materials. Prices were very competitive. Two other contractors I'm working with on the house said they knew Mark and his business and would recommend him.
Description of Work: The owner, Mark, met with me on the same day I contacted him, looked at the house, and provided me with an estimate for painting entire interior and exterior by phone within 48 hours. Very experienced and has a reputation for high quality work. Prices were excellent, but I ended up choosing another contractor. The phone number for this company is 207-244-7321.

+ -1 moreIt went very smoothly. Our house is on the market and on days we had showings they were very careful to be out of the way. It ended with a job well done at a great price.
Description of Work: Our deck was cleaned and painted with two coats with other touch up paint all around the house, including window sills and an attic window that was completely redone.
