Description of Work: I broke a wheel on my carryon case. They replaced both wheels. They gave me the option of replacing either 1 or both wheels. I chose to do the latter.

Description of Work: It's basically a one-man shop and the owner does all the work. He's a great guy, super friendly, who does excellent work. I've had Birkenstocks recorked and resoled there at a very reasonable price; I've had soles and heels replaced frequently on various shoes and boots; and whenever I've stopped in for simple heel cletes that need replacing, he's done them while I wait -- and all for a very modest charge. He's also got polishes, laces, and all sorts of shoe/comfort things available.

+ -1 moreHe let me know he was unable to actually fix it the way he had expected to be able to do. He did as much as he could and did not charge me. It did make the suitcase more usable but not perfect.
Description of Work: I took a suitcase in to be repaired.

Description of Work: I have used Roy's Shoe Shop in Scarborough for over 10 years and continue to go there. His work is excellent, the price is right. The only thought that I would share is that you need to call to make sure your shoes are finished before you make the trip.
