Crew showed up when they were supposed to. The office communicated well about whether or not it was OK split the job between two days. Went the extra mile and fixed an additional that I pointed out I was having trouble with. Workmanship is excellent - fence is gorgeous. They cleaned up and took away all the debris. Fancy hardware on the gates. You would never know they had been there other than the pretty new fence instead of the old rotten one. Could not have been better, and would definitely do business with them again.

There is really no comparison between this fence contractor and others if you want a white, cedar picket fence. I contacted many fence contractors and no one, other than Ron Forest, will stain a fence prior to installation, or even provide the service of staining the fence post installation. His web site was excellent, as were others, but when I loved a fence on another website, and contacted the company, they did not stain the fence or even provide leads for people to do it. I found a beautiful fence on Ron's website and called for an appointment. The person in the office advised me that Ron is very artistic and when Ron came to to provide a bid, his insight and artistic sensibility were very helpful. I was initially leaning towards a more elaborate post cap, and Ron, correctly, advised me that the post cap I was thinking about was too formal for the look of my home. I was able to order thicker posts (6"), instead of 5" and also got 3 coats of stain. Ron designed beautiful gates and the estimate was in my hands within 2 days, including the drawings of the gates and the fence components. Everything in the estimate is spelled out and was very much appreciated. When the work was scheduled (about 5 weeks from the time of my deposit), the crew of 4 arrived and did great work. They took 2 days for the bulk of the work and have returned to install the back gate, which was custom made to go with the slope of my yard. I also had plantings around the front and back of my prior fence and other than some tall grasses that had to be chopped out, my plantings survived, including my clematis vines, just fine. As my husband said, "you get what you pay for". I couldn't agree more.

We couldn't be more pleased. The crew was here when they said they'd be, did what they set out to do, and did an outstanding job. They were professional, friendly, polite, and seemed to take pride in their work. When the work was completed, they cleaned everything up, took away any trash, gave us some pointers on maintaining cedar, and went on to the next job. The repaired fence actually looks better than when it was new. The gates are sturdy and attractive, as are the new posts.

The owner of the company came out to do the estimate and gave me suggestions on different options that I didn?t think of that he thought would be better for what we needed. Because we are selling our house they were able to get us in within a couple of weeks. I wasnt at home when they came and when I got home, except for the new fence, it didnt look like I had any workers at my house. The lawn was clean and not disturbed or damaged. I was very pleased with their service and would use them again and would recommend them.

Ron came to give me estimate - was right on time- They built and installed wooden fence- again right on time- crew was friendly and worked very hard installing the fence- The fence is beautiful and seems very sturdy and well built- All people I have come in contact with from this company, including woman who answers phone and scheduled, have been extremely professional and very, very nice- Will definitely use again as well as recommend to others- I could not be more pleased with this job from start to finish-
