 + -1 moreChris and Ian were very professional. His quote was spot on and having a general idea of what was needed, he was the contractor of choice. His quote was detailed; hourly rates, estimated hours, material cost. Other contractors refused to do this. I highly recommend Quirk. Thanks guys.
