Scott was excellent and always got back to us and patiently answered our many questions. The installers were polite, and efficient, experienced. They cleaned everything up, and gave us a lesson on how to operate. Great job. Very pleased.

Techs were very nice. Took time to put mats down on my carpets to keep them clean. Explained how to operate the heat pump and gave suggestions on how to make it function most efficiently. Everything was cleaned up before they left, they even vacuumed! So glad I went with LaPlante for my heat pump! Bev

They take no pride in their workmanship. They just wanted to get it done and leave, especially the lousy workmanship of the electrician. He could not care less about how the job looked.

They were the ones I contacted for my generator problems. Their technician worked hours in horrible weather attempting to figure out the problem. They had to come out just about every 2 months during 5 years with the first generator I had installed from Generac. They also were the company that replaced my Generac generator recently and installed it for the Generac Company. The technicians are responsible,knowledgable and pleasant. I have a yearly contract with them and have recommended this company to my family and friends. In fact my neighbor called them to install their recent generator.

LaPlante Electric has been my vendor for generator maintenance and repair for 5-6 years now. I have always found them highly responsive, professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and 100% to my satisfaction.

They were extremely thorough in fixing our electrical systems! Having things up to code makes us feel a lot safer. We also had them install 3 ceiling fans and recessed lighting. Perfect work!
