I'm sorry for the mix up. I had not put a new deal on Angie's list. They put it on wihout ever checking with me. This is my busy season. When I got the message that a deal was sold, I tried to contact my rep, [Angie's List employee name removed]. With no call back I sent you a message. Then sent [Angie's list employee name removed] a message and left one on his phone. I told him I needed to talk with him. Instead he sent my message to [Angie's List employee name removed] , she sent me an email. I called her. She said her job was only to take deals off of the list. She did check and apologize for the mistake. She also told me to call [Angie's List employee name removed] and that he would have to take care of it. I left messages on his phone an email, asked for him to call me. I did eventually get an email from [Angie's List employee name removed]. He apologized and said he would take care of it. He thought a refund to you would be the thing to do. He said he would get back to me to let me know. I didn't get any news, in fact, the $279.00 I get when I finish a job appeared in my checking account. I got another email from [Angie's List employee name removed] in which he apologized and said he never heard from the one he contacted to give you a refund. I think they sent me the money instead.He even said I should tell you to call and get a refund. I felt it was thier job to fix it not yours. I then called rep [Angie's List employee name removed]. Told him what has happened. I said I will do the job but I needed the whole $399.00. I told him I felt making you wait any longer wasn't right. I thought that way we would at least have a satisfied client. He apologized and told me that he would find out and get back to me. That was 5 days ago. No answer. I will try again to fix this...
