Description of Work: Design configuration, measure for, order and supply cabinets for a small in-law kitchen with bar in a large log home.

Description of Work: Steve Merrill was wonderful to work with. The proposal was sent to me quickly and Steve was easy to talk to and made me comfortable with my first attempt at remodeling. The propsal was complete and clear and Steve wilingly answered questions that I had. It was an extremely difficult decision to chose who I would finally go with and would I consider Indisco (and Steve Merrill) again in the future.

Description of Work: I was referred to Indisco by my contractor Normand Berube Builders to purchase my cabinets there. I went for initial consultation and did not like the way I was treated. I felt spoken down to. I told him the amount my builder gave as an allowance and instead of showing me what was available for that amount I was simply told "That's going to buy much". I know the allowance I was given was small but planned on spending more than that. I was expecting to be shown my options, rather than to feel as thought I was being brushed off. I purchased my cabinets elsewhere.

Description of Work: This was my first home AND remodeling experience. Talk about stress! I was very unsure of myself and the decision making process up until I stepped foot into Indisco. Meeting the staff at Indisco and our specialist, "Dave", was the best thing that has happened to us throughout our entire move/home remodeling experience. Dave LISTENED to every word my husband and I were saying. Naturally we had different ideas on how we wanted our kitchen BUT Dave made it all happen. He created the best of both worlds, really - and within our budget. I think what was appreciated was the total honesty from the Indisco staff. We have had our fill of "builder's promises" within the last few months and it seems like Dave is the only person who has been up front with us. There was communication throughout the entire process (phone and email). Everything was well thought out. I believe that Dave has been doing this for over 25 years and my husband and I just can't tell you enough how professional he was. Professional, courteous, understanding and a great sense of humor. Indisco DELIVERED on time! We had a custom kitchen created and we couldn't believe it when it arrived on time. Unfortunately our contractor is taking forever putting it together so our suggestion to anyone out there is to have Indisco suggest a contractor for you. I think that would be the way to go, especially when dealing with such high quality cabinetry. Dave created the kitchen that we wanted based on what we told him. Communication was superb and the product is fantastic! We got the Kraft Maid cabinets.
