Description of Work: I called for a propane delivery as my tank gauge was near zero. |Even though their delivery truck was not scheduled in my area that day they managed to get to me. There was a delivery charge of $25 added to the bill but all was explained and agreed to by phone.

Description of Work: Fieldings has recently taken over my propane account from another company which is terminating their propane business. They have been very good about delivering on a regular basis and I have no issues with the level of service I have received. I would like to get a monthly statement as well as the delivery slip but I have been able to pay the bill based on the information on the slip which is comprehensive. I prefer a monthly statement since it helps me when I am budgeting my fuel expense for future years.

+ -1 moreThey are a local company that delivers kerosene and propane. It might be because I live fairly close to them but they are very responsive. Over the years I've not had to worry about how much oil we have. If we ran out they were there the next day or that same day to fill the oil tank. They are dependable.

I had to reschedule an appointment on short notice due to an emergency one time, and they were understanding and responsive, which I really appreciated. I would recommend their services.
